Ambience of Arsalan is really based on a classic theme to attract the foodies and the locals. It has nice pictures hanging in the wall, the sofas of the restaurant are very comfortable and especially a light hanging to the celing. Then there are centralized Air Conditioners for the cozy feeling while you are eating. The seating arrangements are type of classy and the table setup is good. The lightings are there with a great importance because without it, the whole ambience will not be the same there were LED lights but in some cases there are yellow lights just to get the feel of the whole ambience.

So there's a takeaway counter also where you can purchase rolls and trust me their rolls are awesome literally i can have 3-4 but the problem is that it is slightly overpriced. The main thing for which people come here from different cities, countrys, states is their Biriyani, I just love their biriyanis and definitely i recommend you to try it if you haven't tried it yet. And if you can't find Arsalan just ask the locals, everyone knows the restaurant, actually it's very popular in Kolkata. It has many special dishes which you can try out over there. And it got amazing staffs and this biriyani's essence is at another level man i am telling you since my childhood the biriyani i am eating have the same taste now, the same chicken marination, the same ambience and all of that. Lastly i wanna say that you should try this amazing restaurant and you can come here with your family and friends there are nice seating arrangements and the staff really knows hospitality, their way of talking and the services are great.

You should definitely try the Mutton Arsalan Masala (It consists of 6 mutton pieces in the full and 3 pieces in the half ) It costs around ₹378 and definitely its affordable. In the Biriyani section you should try the Mutton Biriyani and Mutton Chaap, It would be a great combination i personally recommend trying it and in the desserts you could have Firni. |
